We want to make it easy for you to get your 3D figures. Our shipping rates are:
Standard Shipping: €5.90 flat rate for small orders.
‍FREE SHIPPING Offer 1: Order 3 or more figures of any size and your shipping is on us!
‍FREE SHIPPING Offer 2: All orders over €50.00 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Periods

Each piece is unique and custom-made. Our process includes AI modeling, 3D printing, and finishing:
Production Time: 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping (DHL): 1 - 2 business days.
Total Estimated Time: 5 - 7 business days from order confirmation.

Cancellation & Returns

Please read carefully:
According to German and EU law (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

What this means for you: Since our 3D figures are created specifically from your private photographs using AI and custom 3D printing, they cannot be returned or refunded once the production process has started.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at forjalabstudio@gmail.com with a photo of the damage so we can provide a replacement.
